  7. Can I ship with these boxes?

Yes, all of our boxes have been certified to via UPS/FedEx, USPS and DHL.

  8. How much printing can I do on the boxes?

On both the RSC (Regular Shipping Containers) and Die Cut Boxes we can print up 75% surface area. We need to leave a quarter inch from the all edges of the box.

  9. What are you artwork requirements?

    • We prefer the artwork files saved in Adobe Illustrator. If not, then a Photoshop is fine as long as the file was started in a high resolution (ie: 300 Dots per Inch DPI, or higher).
    • The Photoshop/Illustrator file should be saved as either an EPS, PDF, TIFF or a JPEG in 300 DPI.
    • We cannot use PNG, GIF, or BMP files or images that are saved off the internet.
    • Text only can be saved in any format except for PNG, GIF or BMP files.

  10. Additional artwork tips:

    • Corrugated cardboard absorbs ink so when designing text it should be at least 8pt to avoid fuzziness and problems with readability.
    • Try to keep text in bold weights and colors. This is especially important if you are using italics or script fonts.
    • If any strokes or lines are present, make sure they're no thinner than 2pt on corrugated cardboard
    • All fonts should be outlined/vectorized. To do that in Adobe Illustrator, select all text and choose Type -> Create Outlines.
