Customer Service Representative:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about our packaging products and services. The Customer Service Representative serves as A&M Tape & Packaging's point of contact for assisting customers in person, over the phone, and email with requests/questions and entry of orders in our computer system.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from current and prospective customers.

• Greet customers warmly and promptly when answering phone calls.

• Process orders and quote requests by phone or email Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Must be proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

• Enthusiastic and energetic customer service attitude. MUST LIKE DOGS! One of your co-workers is a well behaved yellow lab!

* Speak with customers by phone, in person.

* Provide information about products and services

* Take and record orders

* Receive and process incoming phone calls from customer or client base.

Qualifications and Skills

Job requirements

* Applicants preferred to have at least a High school diploma/GED or equivalent

* Applicants are preferred to have had at least 3 years experience

* Applicant must be enthusiastic!

* Applicant must like dogs!

* Applicant must be able to multi-task and smile!

Benefits

* Normal working days: Monday through Friday

* 40 hours per week 8:30 am to 5 pm
