Specifications:

  • All coolers come complete with a base, lid and shipping box. Foam coolers are shipped inside a specially designed white corrugated box
  • Wall thickness is 1-1/2" thick. All coolers are in-stock and ready to ship to you.
  • Each cooler has the "plug-style lid" to assure superior temperature protection. Sizes shown are inside dimensions.
  • All of our foam containers are reusable, recyclable, and contain no CFC’s and are ideal for safe storage and delivery of most refrigerated or frozen materials including pharmaceuticals, specimens, candies, processed and gourmet foods
  • Foam coolers can ship with dry ice as well as our stock gel packs.
  • Foam coolers are shipped in a specially designed white corrugated box. Boxes will arrive to you in clean condition for immediate shipment to your customer.

I use these boxes every year to ship my game meat from Montana to Massachusetts via UPS 3-day, at 50 lbs. meat per box, and last week 8 boxes were shipped from MT Tues. and arrived in MA Fri. with the venison still between 19°F. and 23°F. Next year I will ship the empty boxes back to MT to do it again. I usually get 4 or 5 seasons out of each box before seeing the need to replace any of them. Very good and solid. Does the job nicely.

Very Impressed with these boxes. They arrived in pristine condition. Very hardy and well made. We immediately tested the foam cooler by inserting it for a few minutes in our freezer. We removed it and allowed to sit for a few seconds. We put our hand inside and you can tell it will hold cold temperature very well. Some we have tested become room temperature as soon as it comes out of the freezer. this one held cold for several seconds before it became room temperature. Great product and Mr. Box has a new customer for our shipping needs!

What To Do With Food When Power’s Out? For the refrigerated section: pack milk, other dairy products, meat, fish, eggs, gravy, and spoilable leftovers into a cooler surrounded by ice. Inexpensive styrofoam coolers are fine for this purpose.
