Protect temperature-sensitive enzymes and reagents at the workstation
with this benchtop cooler system, which is designed to maintain a temperature of -15° to -12°C for 8 hours or 0° to 2°C for 10 hours.
The system consists of an insulating chest made of two-piece,
high-density expanded polystyrene; a removable microcentrifuge tube
rack that accommodates up to fifteen 0.5 and 1.5mL tubes simultaneously; and two interchangeable pairs of U-tek® phase change materials.

• One U-tek® phase change material from each temperature range operates the system while the alternates are kept in the freezer until needed. Cold is always available so there's no need to interrupt work due to a deteriorating cold source. You save freezer space because the cold cells are the only component that requires freezing.

• The chest has 1 1/4"-thick walls and a removable lid with interlock for secure closure. Multiple units can be stacked securely with interlocking lid and base. Exterior dimensions (LxWxH): 9" x 6 1/2" x 6"; interior dimensions (LxWxH): 6 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 3 3/8".
