No need to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on expensive cutting dies. The foam is already pre-cut. All you have to do is pull out our custom designed 1/2"x1/2" squares from the foam sheet.
Here's how it works:
Step #1
Place foam sheet(s) on a clean work table. Place your part on top of the foam sheet and use a piece of white chalk and trace around the product.
Step #2
Remove or pull the 1/2"x1/2" foam cubes following the outline you have made.
Step#3
Place an uncut foam sheet(s) inside the bottom. Now insert your new die cut sheet. Insert part(s) inside cavity and cover with another uncut foam sheet. Close box with tape and you're ready to ship.
